Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged or with incorrect personalization.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned star gift, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement within 5-7 business days.
